HearthBread BakeHouse is a regional and western U.S. producer of Variety Breads, Buns, Rolls, Artesian Breads, Carb-Choice Breads and Food Alliance Certified Wheat Products. We have a full line of pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, croissants and other coffee shop and foodservice sweet goods.

Our bakery was originally founded in 1995. We expanded to the present larger location on Jackson Avenue in Spokane, Washington in 1999 to include production of The Coeur d' Alene French and Sourdough Bread line of bread products.

Our partnership with our valued customers along with great consumer demand for our specialty bakery products has expanded distribution to 9 western states with frozen "thaw and sell" products.
